Welcome to Royvibe. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products — including Outfit Sets, Suits, Hoodies, and T-shirts — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and comply with applicable e-commerce and consumer protection regulations.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part, you must discontinue use of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the latest update will be displayed at the top of this page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use this site and make purchases. If you are using the site on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

You may create an account to enhance your shopping experience. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it promptly if changes occur.

Royvibe cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account. Please notify us immediately at servbox@royvibe.com if you suspect any breach of security.

4. Products and Availability

We specialize in curated outfit sets and suits, complemented by hoodies and T-shirts. All products are described and displayed as accurately as possible; however, colors and details may vary slightly due to monitor settings and photography lighting.

All offers are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products, modify designs, or adjust pricing without prior notice. In the event a product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, we will notify you and provide a full refund or a suitable replacement option.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Royvibe. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transaction

  • Product unavailability or inventory error

  • Errors in pricing or product description

  • Violation of these Terms

A contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency indicated on the website and are subject to change. Applicable taxes and shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

We accept payments through the methods displayed on our payment page. By providing payment details, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your full card details.

In case of a pricing error, we will inform you and give you the option to confirm the corrected price or cancel the order without penalty.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the addresses you provide at checkout. Shipping times and costs vary depending on location and method. Estimated delivery timelines are for reference only; delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or force majeure are beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package or follow the carrier's instructions for pickup. We do not ship to P.O. boxes in certain regions; if an address is undeliverable, we will contact you via email.

Note: For security and operational reasons, we do not publicly list our physical dispatch or business address. If you require a return address or need our address for any lawful purpose, please email servbox@royvibe.com and we will provide it upon verification.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our Return & Refund Policy is an integral part of these Terms. Please review it for details on returns of Outfit Sets, Suits, Hoodies, and T-shirts. Key points include:

  • 14-day return window from receipt.

  • Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging.

  • Outfit Sets and Suits must be returned as complete sets.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping; for defective or wrong items, Royvibe covers the cost.

All return addresses and RMA instructions are provided exclusively via email. Do not ship any item without prior authorization. Please refer to the full Return & Refund Policy for step-by-step procedures and non-returnable items.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Royvibe website — including logos, brand name "Royvibe", product images, graphics, designs, text, software, and look-and-feel — is the exclusive intellectual property of Royvibe and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Indonesia and international treaties.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Limited sharing of product images for non-commercial, personal use is permitted provided that attribution is given and the images are not altered.

10. User-Generated Content

If you post reviews, comments, photos, or other content on our site or social media channels, you grant Royvibe a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You represent that you own the rights to any content you submit and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any user content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of these Terms without notice.

11. Prohibited Activities

In using our site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations.

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.

  • Interfere with the site’s operation, security, or integrity.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Royvibe provides the website and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation, content, or product descriptions, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Royvibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchased product is limited to the purchase price of that product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indonesian consumer protection law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royvibe, its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to our business or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the site will cease immediately. Obligations incurred prior to termination (such as payment for shipped orders) shall survive.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation.

16. Force Majeure

Royvibe shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, power outages, or disruptions to telecommunications networks.
