At Royvibe, we aim to deliver your favorite Outfit Sets, Suits, Hoodies, and T-shirts safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and ship your orders. It forms part of our Terms of Service and aligns with Indonesian e-commerce regulations.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a second notification when it has shipped.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional launches, processing may take up to 5 business days; any such delay will be communicated on our website banner or via email.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to both domestic addresses within Indonesia and international destinations. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at servbox@royvibe.com for assistance.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping speed. The exact cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete payment.
Below are general estimates after the order has been processed (1–3 business days):

International shipments to some remote areas may take longer. These timeframes are estimates; Royvibe is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, weather, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system.
If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, reach out to us at servbox@royvibe.com.
5. International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside of Indonesia, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Royvibe has no control over these charges, nor can we predict the exact amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. In accordance with Indonesian and international regulations, we declare the actual purchase value on all customs forms; we do not mark items as gifts or undervalue shipments.
If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we will refund the product price minus any return shipping costs incurred by Royvibe and a restocking fee, provided the items arrive back in original condition.
6. Address Accuracy and Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. Royvibe is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incomplete or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error after placing your order, email us immediately at servbox@royvibe.com. We will try to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun. For security, we never display our warehouse address publicly; any address-related requests (including return or delivery inquiries) will be handled via email.
7. Failed Delivery and Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, refusal, or an unreachable address, we will contact you. In such cases:

Alternatively, we will issue a refund for the product price, minus the original shipping fee and any return shipping charges incurred by Royvibe.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Royvibe is responsible for your order until it is marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. Should it be confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation.

Notify us at servbox@royvibe.com within 48 hours. We will assist in resolving the issue, but Royvibe cannot be held liable for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location.
For items that arrive visibly damaged, please take clear photos of the package and the damaged product before opening fully, and send them to us within 48 hours of receipt. We will guide you through the claim process.

We do not publish our warehouse or business address online. Should you require an address for returns or legal correspondence, please request it via email; we provide it upon verification, usually within 1 business day.
