At Royvibe, we specialize in Outfit Sets, Suits, Hoodies, and T-shirts, with Outfit Sets and Suits as our hero products. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please follow the policy below. This policy is designed in compliance with Indonesian consumer protection and e-commerce regulations, and meets the requirements for Google Merchant Center.
1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Any request made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, all items must meet the following criteria:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused condition.

All original tags, labels, and hygiene stickers must remain attached and undamaged.

Items must be in their original packaging, including any branded boxes, dust bags, or hanger straps provided.

Outfit Sets and Suits must be returned as a complete set (all pieces that were included in the original package). Partial returns of a set will not be accepted.

Items must be free from stains, odors (perfume, smoke, etc.), pet hair, or signs of alteration.

For hygiene reasons, T-shirts and inner-layer pieces must only have been tried on over your own undergarments. Any item returned with visible marks or deformation will be rejected.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Non-compliant items will be returned to you at your own expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

Incomplete Outfit Sets or Suits (missing jackets, pants, or matching pieces).

Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase.

Any item with removed or detached tags and labels.
-
Free gifts or promotional accessories.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact us at servbox@royvibe.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. For quality issues, please attach clear photos or videos showing the defect.

Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and, if approved, provide you with the return shipping address and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Do not send anything before receiving this confirmation.

Pack the item(s) securely in their original condition, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship to the provided address.

Send us the return tracking number via email once the parcel is shipped.
All return addresses are provided exclusively via email. We do not publish a physical return address on our website to ensure the return is properly authorized and tracked.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: If the return is due to our error (you received a wrong size, wrong color, or a product with manufacturing defects), we will bear the full return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the exact postage upon receiving the receipt. In such cases, we also offer a free replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping fee.

Change of mind, size preference, or non-quality issues: In these situations, the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. We recommend using a traceable shipping service, as Royvibe is not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels.
6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. You will see the credit within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds for paid shipping will only be issued in cases where Royvibe is at fault (defective item, wrong item sent, etc.).

If your order benefited from a promotional discount and the return causes the remaining items to fall below the discount threshold, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same product, subject to stock availability.

Request an exchange within the 14-day return window by emailing servbox@royvibe.com.

Once your request is approved, return the original item following the same procedure. For exchanges due to non-quality reasons, the customer covers the shipping both ways, while we cover the reshipping cost for defective or wrong items.

If the requested size or color is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order free of charge before it is shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the standard return procedure after receiving the package. Please note that refusing delivery without prior agreement does not constitute a valid return and may incur additional logistics fees.
